Furniture Pick-Up: Frequently Asked Questions
If you would rather forgo the furniture delivery services and pick up your new purchases yourself, check out the following answers to common questions and helpful tips on all of your furniture pick-up options.
Can I pickup my furniture the same day I purchase?
If you are purchasing in store: If the store you are purchasing at is connected to one of our distribution centers and your product is in stock, then Yes! All other stores will have a lead time of 2-7 days.
If your are purchasing online: Your order will go through a verification process and be sent to the nearest warehouse near you. Once the purchase is verified, it gets sent to your nearest store location for pickup! This will be about a 2-7 day lead time unless you choose to pickup from the distribution center directly.
Can I opt for pick-up to avoid a delivery fee?
Pickup will always be free, but we do have 3 different types of delivery options including a free Outdoor Dropoff option!
Is furniture pick-up free?
Yes. All of our pick-up options are always free for all of our stores.
If I order something for pickup at a store and I get to the store and don't like the item, can I return it?
Yes, you can return an item if you order something for pickup at a store and you do not like it. Please note, there will be a restocking fee if you decide to return this item.
Where are the free pick-up locations?
You can pick up your new purchases at any of the Living Spaces stores. To view which pick-up dates are available for the location of your choice, navigate to the shopping cart, and select “Store Pickup.” Here, you will be able to customize your pickup location and select a pickup date and time. How long can my items be held for pickup at store?
Items may be held at Customer Pickup for up to 48 hours. If you do not pick up your items within 48 hours of transfer, the items will be shipped back to the distribution center.
Will I be called about my pick-up custom order or back order?
You will be contacted to schedule delivery or set a pick up date once your items have been received at your local warehouse. Once the pickup date is set and if you have opted to receive text message notifications, you will receive a text message when your items are available to pick up at your local retail store.
If I order online, can I pick up from Rialto?
Yes. If you order online, you can pick up from our Rialto distribution center. Please note, you can only pick up at this location. You cannot purchase anything from this location as this is not considered one of our showrooms.
Can I pick up my items on the day of purchase?
Same-day furniture pick-up is available at the Living Spaces distribution centers in Pflugerville, Grand Prairie, Humble, Rialto and Fremont, as well as the Phoenix store.
How do I change my pick-up day?
To change your pick up day, please contact our Guest Services team at 877-266-7300 option 2, 7am - 9pm Monday through Friday. If you do not pick up your items within 48 hours of transfer, the items will be shipped back to the distribution center.
How will my items arrive at pick-up: box or wrapped?
All items will arrive in their original packaging.
Can I get my new furniture assembled upon pick-up?
If you choose to pick up your items, assembly will be required. If you would rather have our team assemble your items for you in the room of your choice, consider our delivery services.
If items did not fit in my car, can I have them delivered?
Yes, you may convert your order to delivery by going into the store or calling Guest Services at (877) 266-7300 option 2. Please note that the applicable delivery fee will be charged in order to schedule your delivery date.
If I ordered online, what paperwork do I need to do a pick up?
For your protection, only the person named on the credit card used to make this order can pick it up. Please bring the credit card and photo ID with you to the pick-up location. For more information visit our terms and conditions page.
Is there a survey I can fill out after picking up my furniture?
Yes, we want your feedback! After 24 to 48 hours from the date on which you’ve picked up your new purchases, you will receive an invitation to fill out our survey.

How do I choose store pick-up?
You can select the "Store Pickup" option at the shopping cart page. Once selecting a store, you can see all available pick up dates specific to that location.
What if I am unhappy with my item after I picked it up?
You can always return it if you change your mind. If it is a matter of noticing that the item is damaged, please contact our Guest Services team within seven (7) days from when you picked it up to report the damage. We will be happy to assist you with resolving this issue. You can reach our Guest Services team at (877) 266-7300, option 3.
Do you wrap sofas and loveseats in plastic?
Our team of individuals who handle pickup at each store will be more than happy to wrap your items in plastic bagging upon request.
What are your pickup times?
Store pick up hours are between 12pm-8pm Monday - Sunday. Utah stores pickup is 12pm-5pm on Sundays. For additional details related to pick up, please see our Pick-Up Policy here.
If I Order Online, Can I Pick Up at Menifee?
Yes. If you order online and the item is available, you can pick up from any of our retail locations.
If I Order Online, Can I Pick Up at Fremont?
Yes. If you order online, you can pick up from our Fremont Distribution Warehouse.
If I Order Online, Can I Pick Up at Phoenix?
Yes. If you order online, you can pick from our Phoenix location.
Can I Take an Item With Me Today?
If an item is in stock and you wish to purchase today at a store location or online you will need to schedule a pick up day. We do not sell our display pieces from our showrooms. Although you will be able to take accessories and décor out the door with you! You can, however, always do same day pick up at our distribution center locations Pflugerville, Grand Prairie, Humble Rialto, Phoenix, and Fremont.
